Terms & Conditions

10th, 11th, 12th JUNE 2011

1.    Open Senior competitors must pay a $50.00 registration fee or $45 for pre-registration & Junior competitors must pay $15.00 before fishing. Registration points are at the Dartmouth Pub complex from 10 am Friday 10th June 2011.  Latest registration time is 11 am on the Sunday  12th June 2011.

2.   Start date is Friday 10th June 2010 at 10 am and closing date is Sunday 12th June 2011 at 11 am 

3.   On registration all competitors will receive a number on a registration ticket

      which MUST be presented at the weigh in.

4.   Weigh in will commence between 4.00pm and 7.00pm on Saturday 11th June 2011

      and 4.00pm and 6.00pm SHARP Sunday 13th June 2010 at the Dartmouth Pub 1 Murtagh Place

      Dartmouth Victoria. Live Weigh in will commence between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm Saturday 11th June 2011

      at the Dartmouth Dam Boat Ramp Dartmouth Victoria. 

5.   The Open Fish Draw is for TROUT only.  The Barrel draw is at 8.30 pm on Sunday the 12th June 2011 at the

      Dartmouth Pub, Dartmouth Victoria.The Open Fish Draw is selected on the night.

      If an angler catches a fish on the Saturday then they are in the barrel draw for the Boat, Motor

      & Trailer and if the angler catches a fish on the Sunday they are in the barrel draw a second time. 

      Only (2) trout may be weighed in each day to compete for the Open Fish Draw.  The Winner will

      be notified by Letter if not present at the draw.

      The winner must collect the prize in person with in 28 days of the Draw Notification.

6.      The Prize being a New  Makocraft 390 Estuary Tournament Tracker, Painted boat with a New Yamaha 25hp

      2/stroke Motor Electric Start and New Mackay trailer with registration included for both Boat & Trailer.  Also

      includes Safety Gear  Valued at $ 12,000

7.   Weigh Master and Officials are not allowed to enter the competition.

8.   Information Collected will be used for a data base for future events.

RULES

1.    All competitors must hold a current Victorian fishing license and abide by the Victorian fishing

       and boating regulations.

2.    Open Competitors must pay a $50 registration fee (Pre Registration $45)& Junior

       competitors must pay $15 before fishing. Registration points are at the Dartmouth Pub

       complex from 9 am till 9 pm Friday.        9 am till 9 pm Saturday & 9 am till 11 am Sunday.

       Registrations also at Dartmouth Boat Ramp early on Saturday and Sunday till 11 am.

       Junior Competitors can enter the Open Competition but must pay the Open entry price to be

 eligible to win the boat motor & trailer. Junior Competitors can not enter in both competitions.

3.     If you are fishing for the THE CLUB/TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

        you must enter your club or team’s name on the registration slip before fishing.

        Registration fee $50.00 per club or team.  You must be entered as a competitor

        to enter as a Club/Team.

4.     On registration all competitors will receive a number on a registration band

        which MUST be presented at the weigh in & presentation night.

5.      Weigh in will commence between 4.00pm and 7.00pm on Saturday at the Dartmouth Pub complex

         Live Weigh in will commence between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm at the Boat Ramp Saturday Only (Trout Only)

         and 4.00pm and 6.00pm SHARP Sunday at the Dartmouth Pub complex. 

6.     Presentation will be at 8.00pm on Sunday at the Dartmouth Pub.

7.     The area to be fished is Lake Dartmouth Dam, the Regulating Dam and

        the Mitta Mitta River to the Mitta Mitta bridge on Dartmouth Road.

8.     Minimum size for weigh-ins is 30cm., in length.

9.     Fish are to be gilled and gutted before being weighed. (Except for Live Trout)

        ***If you have caught a TROPHY size fish that you would like to keep

        intact, you may weigh this fish in BUT 10% of its weight will be deducted.

10.    Frozen fish will not be accepted.

11.    All fish will be clipped when weighed. (Except for Live Trout)

12.    Only (2) trout may be weighed in on each day to compete for the Open Fish Draw .

13.    Individual entrants are only entitled to one prize per day

        (excluding pre entry, Sponsor & boat, motor & trailer draws)

14.    The Open Fish Draw is for TROUT only.  The Open Fish Draw is selected on the night.

         If an angler weighs a fish in on the Saturday then they are in the draw for the Boat, Motor

         & Trailer and if the angler weighs a fish in on the Sunday they are in the draw a second time. 

15.     ALL NOMINEES AGREE  TO ACCEPT THE  JUDGES DECISION        

          #          REMEMBER IT COULD BE CONGESTED AT THE BOAT RAMP - ALLOW

                      TIME OR ALTERNATIVELY TAKE 2 CARS - SO SOMEONE CAN HAVE YOUR

                      FISH WEIGHED IN ON TIME.
